More Steering Pump Woes

So I kept blowing the cap on the power steering. After getting my 3rd cap ($15 a pop) I decided I had had enough of it and tried to solve the problem. I ended up putting tape around the resivour section, thus making it "hard" to screw the cap on.

Well prior I did run the vehical awhile without the power steering due to not having the cap and it splattering fluid everywhere. So I got another cap, filled it up with fluid, and guess what, I now developed a leak. It's right behind the pully. So I decided to RTV it a bit, to make due to see if I would blow another cap before I went out and bought a new PS pump.

Well sure enough, early thismorning off goes the cap again. I'm SICK OF THIS! Luckly I didn't loose the cap, as I was smart and had it attached to a wire. I have no clue what keeps causing me to blow the cap off. It's hard for me to tell exactly when it blows off, but I would assume under acceleration when the pully is turning faster. On top of that now, I think my steering stabalizer is now shot aswell due to the no power steering.

I do not turn the wheel without the engine running, and it's not like I've been wheeling anytime lately that I would be turning my wheels a lot anyways, just normal daily driving. Relation to this and the stroker? I'm begining to wonder. Should I just poney up the cash and go buy an entire new unit and see if that solves it?

I'm getting tired of not having power steering. I'm only turning 31" tires, but it ain't fun! Any thoughts?
