Homebrew Disco Write-Up

Did this awhile ago, but seem to get a lot of questions about them. Figured I'd just make a post.

I have about $7 in them total and they work pritty good. My lift kit came with extended links, so that was a plus. Should be able to work on just about any setup I would think.

TOP
Drilled a small hole in the top and used a pin to make sure the wing-nut would not come off. Helped having a mill in the shop to use.



BOTTOM
Used a snatch pin to replace the T55 bolt, 2 washers, and a pin. Comes out pritty easy.





I gained over 12" of travel when disconnected useing the forklift to test it. Night and day difference. Yes they are not as nice as a set of JKS ones, but they are also $100 cheaper
