SYE and Driveshaft Questions

Ok here is the senario...

 I am currently sitting on a D35 in the rear (yes I know) while I am trying to get my other axle's built up.

 I have a SYE in the mail (HD replacement, not H&T). Currently I am just running a TC drop.

 I do not have a custom rear driveshaft yet, and quit frankly I have been waiting to get one untill I have the new axel's under it. I can't see spending the $$ twice.

 I currently am at around 4" in the rear (yes it's sagged) and with the current setup get little to no vibes. However I will be at around 5.5" in the rear in the next week or 2. I am worried about vibes and destorying my TC/driveshaft at that height.

 So my questions;

1) Will the front DS trick work with a D35?
2) Do I need a special yoke for the D35 if the answer to #1 is a YES?
3) Is thier a difference in front DS's out of other XJ's? If so what are they? I know it needs to be a AW4 shaft, but does year, what year axle it was originally equipped with etc matter?

1) Yes
2) No
3) Wj's are slighty longer liek 1.5" or 2" and would be better for a D35 since it isn't as"long", meaning the pinion yoke is closer to the TCase for a Chry8.25 than a D35.

Sorry to be OT, but are the AW4 driveshafts different than peugot driveshafts?When we lifted Pete's XJ 4" & put in a peugot tranny (91 XJ) the front driveshaft we were given from a 97 XJ was 2" too long.I always thought all driveshafts were universal on XJs....

It's my understanding that the AW4 driveshafts are longer than the puke-goat's. I have also researched that certain year AW4 driveshafts are longer than others depending on what rear-end it got from the factory.
