Rear Quarter Guards and Metal Lights - ** PICS **

Just thought I'd post some pics of the latest mod.

They come bare metal. So I needed to do a little bit of prep work before I painted them. Acetone is your friend!



It's been about 10 degree's in Indiana lately, so I really didn't have anywhere to paint them without making a drive to the shop (what fun is that). So I opted to paint them in the living room. What she dosn't know won't kill her... Hey I at least covered up the furniture.





And than painted and installed.









Overall I'm fairly happy with them. I'd make a few changes to the design next time around, but thats all hindsight. On that note, does anyone know where to get white LED backup lights?

What brand are those? I had an incident this weekend at Haspin and caved my quarter and lost a tail light. How much were they?

Thats a good looking caged BMW in front of you too.

I finally got some 2" white LED backup lights (after a month of searching). I'm not 100% satisified with them, but these have been the only one's I have been able to find in a 2".
