Hope this helps Guess the motor just doesn't work. Well with dr panel off, remove glass from reg, tape it up, block it with something, i,ve used padded vise grips, untill i could order new reg motor. atleast customer drove off with. Hope this will help.
Remove your door panel and apply 12volts directly to the motor to see if it turns. If so and it's going the wrong way, simply switch the polarity (apply the postive to the other terminial) and make it go up.
If the motor does not turn with 12volts applied to it, than your motor is bad. You can simply disconnect the motor from the track, manually push window up, and than reconnect motor to track to keep it in that position.
You have tried rolling it up from both the door itself and the drivers door correct? Does the other door on that side work or not?

Here is a picture of the front. The rear should be very similar. Where the motor attaches to the track you'll see 3 bolts. Undo those bolts and the motor should pull away enough to move it.
This is all speculation, but it should be VERY similar to the front.
