 It's for 96 and older but the mount can probably be blended to fit the later body style without much effort. 

I can tell you it sure works great.  Theres just no need for it on my MJ...  My cap already has one.smile

May I ask what the point is, does it help with gas milage or something?

I creates airflow down the liftgate to help keep dirt , sand, exhaust build-up

and helps keep the window clean/clear in the rain.

Without it when i was up north on sand and gravel roads the sand and dust would build up about 3" high on the bumper and rear wiper blade.  The whole tailgate would also be covered in dust.  With it stays clean.
