What models came with a Bench seat?

Like the title says. I am starting to look for an MJ for my Wife. We have 2 kids so we want it to have a bench seat so she can have both kids in it.


Wife had an MJ when we started dating and had it until she was ready to have our first kid. she love the Truck but it was starting to cost alot of money to keep it working. so we sold it. So I am wanting to know what to look for to get the bench seat.


And this will keep her out of my XJ.

the sportruck and i think pioneer is the only models that i know for sure. i'm sure there are others.

My Pioneer has buckets...

The majority of the MJ's came with bench seats, it's a bit more rare to find the buckets in them. To be honest with you I think it varied from year to year based on models, as I don't think it was a model thing across all the years (if that makes sense).

and it all depends on what people ordered from the factory. i've seen pioneers with and without buckets. i know for sure that the Sportruck model came with bench seats.

I'm 99.95% sure that Lead is right. My buddy has a 2wd MJ Pioneer that has a bench seat. Perhaps buckets were an option. Buckets in a pickup truck don't make sense.confused The point is to have your gf sit in the middlesmile, or to stuff three people inside the truck if needed.bleh If you want room for the kids, I don't know what to do... leave the wifey at home.ashamed
