2 electrical problems???

first right rear tail light is out but no power to it, is there a fuse that i need to check and which one is it,?
 second my fan for heat only works on the high speed any ideas for this one?

2000 xj 6in lift/33's/whinch and more 2 come. also 71 bronco currently in re-hab. got to have the best of both worlds. gf has 2000 tj yeah i get 2 drive that too!!

I don't think theres a fuse for one side. I'ld check wiring for a short or cut some place, may be right in socket.
Heater problem most likely, the blower motor resistor.

As for the blower, it's your resistor. Chris just swapped his out and here are some pics and more details.

As for the light, check the fuse box under the hood. Fuse #23 - brakelamp switch.
The fusebox in the kick panel is Fuse #23 - right side marker, turn, parking and tail lights.

Something like a blower resistor you might want to consider getting new... at least i would if i were replacing mine.
