I have 2 rockford 12s in a rockford box (no homeade box) and matching amp. They're WAY more than I need and I run them at -10 (sub output level) most of the time.
edit: by matching amp, its a rockford fosgate unit as well.
edit 2: if you (or anyone) is interested, let me know. Also- how well does that bazooka tube work? I think all I really need is a single 8" sub (mostly country, rock, classic rock; so I don't need a lot of boom boom boom)

My Bazzoka Tube works well enough for me. I have never been a BIG bass fan, but I do like to hear it. Mine is turned down to less then half and is good for me.
