I have the parts that I want marked in the picture. I think it gives it a more updated look instead of all the colors in the front biggrin

Anyone know where I can get them?

Looks to me like that guy just got tinted lenses for the turn signals and white ones up front.  Is that what you are talking about?  You can buy new headlight bezels but I don't know that will answer your problem.  The one that you highlighted has the Square turn signal.  Is that what you are talking about?  Here is a link to both different ones:

Yep, looking for the tinted turn signal cover and the clear one up front. Not necessarily the bezel itself... but come to think of it mine are chrome and I'd like to go all black up front.

Upon going out and looking at the XJ I've come to the conclusion that I in fact do have the clear part under the headlight and would only need the tinted side part. Still don't know where to find that lol.

I looked through this site and couldn't find one but they only listed the light in a stenciled picture.  You could send them an email and find out for sure.  I have bought stuff from this site before and they are good to work with.  Here is the link:
