I built this bumper, only reason I am getting rid of it is because I am building another for my jeep. I built this to fit my 2000 but I believe it will still fit all other years.
Main tube construction is 2"x5"x3/16" All mounts are 1/4" thick -mounts using factory "crossmember area" 8 bolts, plus 6 more in the "frame-rail" area D-ring mounts are 1" thick welded to front and back of tube, with a 7/8" hole in them. All of the structural areas (mounts, d-rings, receiver, safety chain plates) were welded by a U.A. certified pipe welder. Below are pics of it mounted on my jeep, and below is how it looks...note the difference, it is currently sand blasted and ready to be painted by the new owner.
