Sheared off motor mount bolts

I have a 94 xj sport that sheared off the motor mount bolts that go into the block. I know how too fix it, hate easy outs lol, but how would I beef up that area? Would grade 8 bolts fix it?

It's a common problem. Best thing is to use the MORE block brackets.

It's actually +2 or +3.

I know for a fact it's +2; thier may be another one as well, I simply don't remember.
