Hands down I'd go with Dirk's DPG belly skid. Jason @ Jeepin has the best price on it. (link)
I'd also look into a engine skid aswell as a gas tank skid. Probally more the rear tank skid since you have the plastic gas tank.
As far as diff. protection goes. I'd personally go with a Warn set. Rusty's are cheap aswell. I know Kim has a set of them, ask him what he thinks about the Rusty's.
The DPG skid is the one i like as well, but unfornutly i have the small coffee can Catalytic converter and i cant justify the extra cost to replace the converter to make it fit.

I really like my JCR stage 2 sliders. I've beat on them pretty hard and they hold up just fine. Brian at JCR is a great guy to deal with too. I highly reccomend them. The white XJ in the Stage 2 slider pics on his website is mine. I plan on going with his bumpers when $$ allows.

transfer case skid is real important. having longer wheelbase jeeps like we do we are more likly to hit it on stuff. if i didn't have a t-case skid, i wouldn't have a t-case cause it would be destroyed by rocks. i'd go t-case skid, gas skid, sliders. maybe switch gas tank and sliders.

Unfortunetly if you have a 242 TC the belly skid won't fit. Already looked into it. DPG ought to come out with a belly skid for the 242, they're missing out on sales. I believe thay make one for both styles of converter.
I like the sliders from AJ. I've heard from several that he is hard to get in touch with though. My next pick would be JCR's.
I wouldn't pay the price for Warn diff guards, too expensive just because the have that "W" cut into them. Can't see HOW they would be any better than the one's Rusty's sells. Both are simply a piece of steel that protects the lower half of the cover.
