Help me select a lift!!

As many of you know, I have been trying to decide on a 2" lift for my XJ. I have busted my brain over it for several weeks now. Here is what I have narrowed it down to somewhat.

Rubicon Express 2" budget boost $230.00 (new shocks, spacers, short AAL)

New shocks would be nice. I don't want a short AAL though.

Rocky Road Outfitters 2" budget boost $145.00 (BPE shock extenders, spacers, shackle)

The RRO seems the most logical because it's the cheapest and I can use the parts if I ever go bigger in the future.

BDS 2" suspension lift $250.00 shipped (2" lift coils, full-length AAL, U-bolts)

It would be nice to have new coils and a full length AAL. It comes at the highest cost and I would still need new shocks. It's not out of the question though.

I am not limiting myself to these lifts. These are definitely in the running. Help me decide by giving me some pros and cons of each set up.

I think for the money cant beat the Rubicon ,it can always be added to if inchitis strikes. and it will. Short AAL is not a problem ,i feel with the mileage on your Jeep.  The BDS is complete and probably the best way to go, but most expensive. The Rocky Road is alright but i dont like shock extenders.

The RRO parts aren't really shock extenders. They are bar pin eliminators, which are nice anyway, they just happen the lengthen the shock travel by about 1.25" or so. I would probably only run the stock units until I could get new shocks.

The short AAL tend to ride harder and fail faster than the long ones. Also, the RE shocks are cheapies and they won't do much to improve the ride.

The BDS seems to be the best option. It's hard to find a 2" true suspension lift. OME makes one, but it is expensive. I don't really see myself wanting to go bigger any time soon because it is my DD. The way I see it, if I want to go bigger, I can add a 1" spacer and lift shackle later to give me 3 inches. That will fit 31" tires. If I go bigger than that, I will be looking at regearing, etc.
