Admission to Haspin Acres is $15 per person. In addition, each person must make a one time purchase of a "Liability Waiver Card" for $1 that is good for 1 year from day purchased. Entry fee allows you to be at the park until 9am the next morning. And we can camp as well on the grounds.
To enter the park you also must sign the waiver form. You can find it HERE.
Flags are not required, but if you want to run one your more than welcome to. Also PLEASE have some sort of recovery (either front tow hooks, or rear hitch). Also please bring a tow strap (no hooks, looped both ends).
If there are enough of you wanting to go we will camp the night of the 22nd, if there are only a few of you and you don't want to camp than we don't have to. I'll leave that decision upto you guys.
Why Haspin over the Badlands? Thier are several supporting members that have expressed interest in going, however many of them are stock or lifted less than 3" and have minimal protection (skids, body armor, etc.). I feel that Haspin has more to offer for everyone from mild to wild trails. It not a rough as the Badlands, and Haspin has many "pass arounds" in several spots as well.
If you plan on attending please let me know for sure so I can get a head count. I have been talking with the owern of Haspin and if we get 10 confirmed, I can get the entry cost down a bit. Once again, if you are planning on coming please let me know ASAP!
I will also note that this is open to supporting members as well as non-supporting members. However thier will be several giveaways at this event of items for supporting members only. The giveaways are well worth your member fee's.
UPDATE: We are planning on meeting at the Haspin entrance at 9:00AM on Sat. morning. Feel free to show up whenever you can make it though. Your more than welcome to bring friends/family/kids as well, just try to let me know ahead of time so I can get a good head count. Just remember that thier is a fee for those people to get in as well. Also, if you want to come and your rig is down, or you don't have a rig to wheel let us know and we'll make accomodations for you to ride along with someone. Please let us know as space will be limited. This is a family fun event.
(if your name is on the "maybe list" and you know either way PLEASE let me know via PM so I can confirm a headcount.)
I will update this post with members who confirm. If plans change and you are not going to make it PLEASE let me know so we can keep a good head count.
