While I'm no expert, maybe I can help. Is the Jeep lifted, if so, how much.
Mine is at 3.5" in front, and I had it aligned with a set of Yokohama Geolanders on it, and it drove great. After I mounted a set of Trxus tires, and soft 8 rims it began to wander on me. They rechecked the alignment, and adjusted the toe IN I believe. It helped, but not awhole lot. I ended up shimming behind the lower control arms with a 1/4" shim. That increased the castor, which controls stability. THAT helped alot.
I also have decided that since it wandered after the new tires were installed, I was anticipating it wanting to wander and I had a "death grip" on the wheel. I noticed if I wasn't thinking about it, it drove much better. I remember that from my motorcycle days. A 'death grip" on a set of handlebars will cause MANY handling problems.
If your Jeep is lifted, and everything seems to be tight, try rotating the front tires to the rear. If that dosen't help, I would try shimming the LCA's, or getting a set of adjustable LCA's. Sounds to me your castor angle is too steep, and that will make it skiddish.
main rds no problems ,i have no bump steer on less desired rds they call concrete in florida im at 3.5 inches or 4 have new trac b ar all torked down to spec the whole front end is tight ,theres the usaul amount of play in the gear box ,and i did remove the rear sway bar,its still wanders side to side like a ole farm truck ,the stabilizer is in good condition to .thinking of reinforcment welding on all of the front end and an adjustable track bar, plus a new stabilizer ,possible a dropped pitman also ,what else?

those are probably not your source of the problem. wondering is caused by being outta alignment, castor off, bad tie rods and/or ball joints. jack the front end up and push in and out on the top and bottom of each tire to check for play, check all the tie rods for slop, have an alignment shop check it out to make sure its aligned right. if all that fails i'd recomment giving Kim's mod a try. all the stuff you have listed may not be a bad thing to do for an upgrade but not the source of you problem.
