You would need to buy some new MTs shortly thereafter, other than that you'll be just fine.
Unbolt the front lower brake lines from the "framerail" & straighten the hard line. Pitch the rear swaybar if yours still has one. Make sure you have a good breaker bar; 17 years of rust makes some bolts a PITA.

Only problem you'd run into is fitting larger tires and them rubbing. Depending on what you do with the vehical (daily driver, take it offroad) etc, you can get away with different size tires on a BB. 31" tires will bit on a BB, but don't expect to be able to flex without rubbing, and if you want to than your going to have to bumpstop correctly.
