Revolvers or Boomerangs....

What would you personally go with? I like the extra articulation that the revolvers give you, but you "still" hear bad stuff about them. However I've never heard bad things from anyone who actually run them. With the amount of new lift I'm going with, I think the extra drop in the rear is worth the extra price of the revolvers over the boomerangs.

Anyone have any ed-ju-ma-cated thoughts?

good question, I am not sure either way. I agree though that the things i have heard about revolvers are from people that are not using them. I would go with the revolvers for the extra droop!

Go Boomerangs.  I have seen the Revolvers make some crazy axle wrap.  They are horrible on liek any hill climb or any incline that you go up. The boomerangs will work out great for ya as long as you put them on right.


How high you planning Adam?

The only negative thing I've "heard" is they sometimes unload while coming down an incline. I havn't heard any negative as far as going up an incline.


As far as height and details... thats a secret

I have seen it happen , when climbin the hill alot of the weight is in the rear.  So the revovler kinda shifts back instead of going away from the body. So the leave gets goofy na d then axle wrap occurs.  Every person I have talked to about them say that hate em.

I guess I don't see how they can do that? The revolver sits < where the point is towards the front. So with weight on them as in a hill climb they won't release unless weight is off of it. I could possiably understand if they were reversed, but I don't see how that could possiably happen when they are that way.


On that note, everyone who actually runs them I've talked to loves them. Are you talking with XJ specific guys or the wrangler guys?

Yeah I have seen them on XJ's and both XJ owners hated them.  They both had them on right.  But i still perfer the boomerangs
