Cracked Exhaust Manifolds

Here's a cheap header replacement for cracked manifolds for 4.0L , just ordered one for me....

i did one of these also, but be careful not to wrap the thing, have seen a few guys have issues with welds cooling faster than the rest and cracking, i used a high heat header paint, worked reall well.

i hear they are a good unit.. but i also hear couple of the bolts are a pain in the ass?  lazarus... how long have you had your son for? and what paint did u use?

its been on for about 2 or 3k miles now. I used a high heat header paint, did several light coats and made sure to get everything evenly coated. not sure of the brand. it would have been duplicolor or krylon. flat black by the way. the bolts none were a pain in the a$$ did the install with engine not in jeep

can the old (1996 in particular) ps pump be mounted on the newer style intake with no probs? I'm thinking of doing one of those swaps myself.

Yes it can be done. You have to modify one of the mounting holes though.
