ok.. well i might be selling my YJ already.. insurance screwed me on it and some other things came up.. now i was thinking of keeping a little bit of the money i get for it, like 2g to do the things to my xj that i wanted done this summer... here what i have as idea... my current mods are in sig...
its getting re-geared, but i am waiting for the aussie locker to be released for the 8.25..i have gears and front locker already and labor cost i already have money aside for it so that will not be factored in to the total, only the locker cost will..

bumpers...
TnT stinger with added turn guards and steering brace-528 JCR stage 1 rear bumer with tie-in's- 225
misc....
apn header-130 airflow snorkel- 285
winch i might wait on for now.
thats all i can think of at moment.. and for a grand total of....
1752 or 1812 if i do the control arm skids... (this does not include shipping costs)
I dont think you really need control arm skids unless you plan on bashnig hard out at liek Moab and the rear panel gaurds are for just comestic pleasure. The TCase and Gas are very nice and will do their job. Also you will need sliders but look into one where they protrude out from the XJ to stop trees from hitting on a inclined hill.
The bumpers hmmmm, well I built both of my for about 150 total and thats buying the metal per foot not 20" lengths. So you know any friends? Also JFiscus now has a company called MadHorse Offroad and they only make XJ stuff and have a nice looking front bumper for less than half of that TnT, you plan on rolling the Xj to have a chance to use the Stinger. The JRC rear isnt a bad choice and the Tie-ins are very nice. And with the added weight some spacers up front might be needed along with maybe a schakle out back.
THe APN header is good choice but do as Lazarus(Josh) and hit it with some high temp paint so it cools more uniformly. The snorkel to me is just for fun and it looks cool. If you plan on testing how far you can go with the stock airbox then get the Airflow.
And all that mumbo jumbo brings me to, Do want you want to do. Don't get something else that looks like what you really want because you will just be wasting you time and money. So if you want the TnT fork out the cash only once and be happy.

got a link to MadHorse OR?... I did a ask.com search and found nothing. I'm familiar with and about 45 minutes from JCR :) I'd like something like JCR's basic cheap (JCR quality is good, I'm talking about price) but with a more squared off tubular brushguard that protects the headlights as well. Think built in safari guard without the skinny 'wires' that protect the headlights.

The Madhorse Offroad specialty bumpers are put on the backburner for now. I will be doing custom bumpers though soon, should be lower price than anywhere else. I gotta get my XJ built first though.
