No company that I know of produces 2door tube doors yet. Warrior Products has talked about doing them but to date I have not seen any results of those talks. Rumor had it that they were having a hard time finding a 2door XJ to make a set off of.
The only ones I know of are available for 4door XJ's and are avaialble both front and rear doors.
Motion OffRoad, i dont know if you carry tube doors or if you would like to start but if you need a two door jeep to use as a mock up just let me know.
