I had a 31" street tire on my old XJ and it rubbed just a tad on the control arms. You are going to rub on the control arms while turning before you will rub on your fenders.

I miss the days that they made toys that could kill a kid.
Well everybody here seems to like the Maxxis BH's so that would probably be what I'd be going with. I can't afford a lift right now so I figure why not get good tires... just on a smaller scale lol.
I'd order from motion but the smallest they have are 31's... Quadratec has a bunch of different sizes.. if someone wants to check that out and tell me the Item # of the biggest size I could is I'd appreciate it.
We just have the popular sizes listed on our website. We carry many other sizes and can order you any size you want. Feel free to PM, Email, or Call and we'll quote you on the size you want.
I'm sure we'll be cheaper than anyone else on the Bighorn's as well.
You can run 31's using an aftermarket wheel. A stocker will rub your lower control arms @ full lock. If you have to use a stocker, 30" may be your flavor.

Are you willing to get different rims when you get your new tires? Again, as I am pretty sure was stated before, this will make a difference too. The backspacing of your rims (stock vs. aftermarket) will make a difference in the "rub" factor.
So, we know you are wanting to keep your Jeep at stock height (for now ).
BUT, are you going to get new rims when you get new tires?
Well, I was leaning towards the Cragar Street Locks from Motion. I'd just have to get a price quote, I'd probably want 15x8 that way if (actually, when) I get bigger tires I don't have to buy new wheels again.
