I am looking for a usable set of 30's, maybe 295's. I am getting a new set with taxes just need something to get me on the trails for rest of this year.

I don't know how much money you are wanting to spend. I bought a set of these tires for my last XJ.  They are still going fine.  They are Retreads.  They are loud on the road (what MT isn't), but work fine both on and off the road.  If you do go this route, I requested that they make them on Micheline tires, doesn't cost any more.  I had a set of the 31" OTR MT's.  Here is the link:
