Well i have went through my 1 st tank of gas with the set up on, I think if everything is right in my math, Im getting just over a 1 1/2 mpg. __________________ 1999 XJ SPORT, 4.5'' LIFT, 32'' X 11.50'' TIRE'S " IF IT AINT RUFF IT AINT ME ! "

I thought Adam's XJ got terrible gas mileage!!!

This doesn't change the fact that Adam's XJ get HORRIBLE gas milage!!!

I'll second the dynomax system, I've had It on mine for close to 4 years and am happy with it. It has a nice low idle tone and nice sound at about 1800 RPM while cruising. Gets much louder at about 2800 and up. I have no cat either, will be slightly quieter with one.

Well, I guess if I want to run on state land I need all emissions stuff in place. I wonder how much a high flow cat would help- I already have a 2.5" catback. PM me if you know to keep this thread on topic of air cleaners, not exhaust. smile
