GLXJ is hosting it's 3rd Annual Fall Crawl on Satruday October 25th at Badlands Offroad Park in Attica Indiana.
ALL JEEPS ARE WELCOME!!!
Admission to the Badlands is $20 per Jeep, and $5 for each person riding in your Jeep. You can visit the Badlands website at http://www.badlandsoffroad.com
To enter the park you also must sign the waiver form. Don't forget to bring your drivers license! Flags ARE required, they can be purchased at the Badlands clubhouse if you do not own one. Also PLEASE have some sort of recovery (either front tow hooks, or rear hitch). Also please bring a tow strap (no hooks, looped both ends).
We are planning on meeting at the normal meeting area at 10:00 AM. This is located at the parking lot across from the pond at the BOTTOM of the hill.
We are planning on doing things a little different this time as inevitably we always seem to be waiting on someone to show up. Some members drive several hours to be here and are on time; others run into delays getting here. We understand that so were going to give a window. We will meet at 10:00 AM SHARP the 1st time. We will leave to go play for a few hours hitting the rock quarry, sand dunes, etc. for the 1st few hours of the day. If you are late you can find us in the rock quarry.
We will than meet up again at the normal spot (parking lot across the pond at the bottom of the hill) at 1:00 PM SHARP for a guided trail ride. If you want to do lunch please do this PRIOR to meeting up at 1:00; we will not be stopping on the trails to break for lunch. We will than finish out the day hitting several trails. For those of you who have not wheeled with us before this is the highlight of the day. So be on time so we dont leave you behind!
If you plan on attending please let us know for sure so I can get a head count.
Additionally, ANY JEEP's ARE ALLOWED TO WHEEL WITH US (even if not a XJ or MJ).
This event is made possible by our sponsors. Be sure to check them out 1st if your looking for a new product or service.

You mean she still lets you wheel it after what you did to it at the Summerfest?
Anyway, my buddy will be there with his fiancee in a Cherokee, I'm going with possibly my daughter coming along in the beat up MJ. This time I don't only not care about the bumper, I also don't care about the bed any more. I think I'll try the right hand pipe this time
I do have a request, though: What do you think of splitting up into two groups in the morning, one goes to the quarry, one goes to the dunes, staying in contact by CB. Then meet up again in the quarry before the trail ride.

Or would that be a bad idea?

Ooh, orange trail. I like the orange trail! I can test out my new lift! And put my fixed cooling system to the test. Would really like to run the creek again too, though.
I know all Jeeps are welcome, not just XJs and Mjs, but how about non-jeeps? I know an S-10 and a Dakota that might be interested, although I suspect the Dakota might get body damage on the orange trail. Possibly just a bit too large to fit.
in. 87 MJ 6.5" of lift, 33" tires. bringing a buddy and his brother with his xj...4.5" lift 31" tires. my brother will probably be there with his 89 MJ, 4.5" lift 33" tires if we can get it done in time. also if his job allows.
