so i think that switch in the gear selector assembly finally went out on me. it's been kinda acting up for a while by not starting when it's in park, but i could always put it into N and it would start fine. NOT the case this morning. anyone had any experience with this??? any tricks to fix it?? i've heard that it's an expensive fix to actually replace it....
any help is appreciated!! thanks!!

I know that with one of the XJ's that Nick has owned (one manual, one auto) he just bypassed the switch some how. I don't know which jeep it was done on but it was very simple, I do remember that. Maybe someone else can chime in on how it is done because I do not remember. It also may be easier to do on a manual as apposed to a auto or vice versa. Which do you have, I would assume it is a Auto.
