because my tierod rubs on it when i turn at almost full lock (or a little less than that maybe). here's a pic so ya'll can see my setup and the break. what do you all think i should do to eliminate this problem?? i really don't feel like welding my swaybar tab back on, only to have it break again sometime.

JKS also makes a setup similar to the one I linked above, but it's more expensive and really no different.
Really the only option is to get a new longer mount and weld it on. This isn't an uncommon thing among the XJ/MJ, as most of the time they break during extreame suspension flex.
As for the steering your right, I'm not a huge fan of the Rusty's setup. I don't like how the draglink attachs to the tie-rod and the fact that the tie-rod is welded together in several peices. I know several on here (including myself) are running the Motion setup with good results.
