Hey all, just picked up an XJ tonight. The tires are in bad shape. I need something cheap, mounted would be good. Just need something to get me by until I can afford to put money into the truck for fun. With Christmas here and the baby on the way tread and price are my main concerns. And just because I know someone will wonder it:  We had to give up our other vehicle for financial reasons but needed to replace it. My wife gets the good car, I found a cheap one. Being and XJ is just a plus for me but we both have to have something since she works and I am disabled and will be caring for our son (at least the nurse said it is a boy, I guess we will see biggrin

i have a stock (225) goodyear wrangler (RT/S) it is mounted on a stock 5 star steelie. its just one but is just about brand new. you can have it for free. where are you located?

The tires on the Jeep currently are all 215/75/15s if this helps

I am in Fort Wayne IN

I am very thankful and greatful for such a nice gesture. I would need to probably find a few more to be able to use the tire. I will definately keep it in mind in case I find a few others. Again, truly, thank you very much. I will keep you up to date on this.
