Anyone have an genious ideas on how to install a power steering pulley. I have a pulley remover and installer but I have tightened it down as far as I physically can and there is about 1/2 still to go. I did it on my last one, but broke the pulley almost to the point of being able to be used. I have a new pulley and don't want to do that again. Any help would be great.

The direction speciffically stated NOT to use a press. But I don't know why I even read those. They gave me a PLASTIC washer or equivelant to use to press it on. Worked about as long as there was no pressure. I though that I broke something important so many peices of stuff started falling off. haha
Sooo, what are you doing today? Mind if I come use it?
