Power Steering Pulley

Anyone have an genious ideas on how to install a power steering pulley.  I have a pulley remover and installer but I have tightened it down as far as I physically can and there is about 1/2 still to go.  I did it on my last one, but broke the pulley almost to the point of being able to be used.  I have a new pulley and don't want to do that again.  Any help would be great.

The direction speciffically stated NOT to use a press.  But I don't know why I even read those.  They gave me a PLASTIC washer or equivelant to use to press it on. evileye  Worked about as long as there was no pressure.  I though that I broke something important so many peices of stuff started falling off.  haha

Sooo, what are you doing today?    Mind if I come use it?

Haha.  Sorry I didn't call today.  I sat around and played the Wii all day and then worked out.  I will give ya a heads up before I make the trek.

 I never read directions either.  Well, until I hit a 'trouble spot' or if I know I'm pushing the limits of my skills.

I used to read directions. But then I found out the guy who wrote the directions doesn't always know how to put the thing together either lol.
