The damage...

On my way to college when some slick road jumped out in front of me. I have the best tires and brakes (read: the rears don't work). Apparently, this isn't the best combination when you need to stop, which came as news to me. But you live and learn. Anyways, the stop sign was nice enough to stop us before the telephone pole had to, which resulted in some damage.

Looks like nows a good time (or excuse) to upgrade to a new heavy duty front bumper.

 I had some Black Ice mods done and I ordered a front bumper from Motion here are some pics of the damage

Cut the fenders, get new bumper (factory ones can be had cheap I would think) and BAM good as new.

 x2!  Don't replace, upgrade!  If you want a grille and headlight surrounds let me know.  I'll make a junkyard run for you.  edit: I'd like to make a little off of it so it's worth my time and effort, so if there's a pick a part near you that might be better.

Man, I am glad that I am not the only one that has poles jump out in front of them! Ha!

Sorry to see the damage, but as previously stated, it looks like it is time for UPGRADES!!! biggrin.gif

yeah, those darn poles will jump out of nowhere in the winter!! i had one do that to me last year when i had my Tracker. ...... stupid poles! who put them there?!

CARNAGE !!!!!!!!!!! just tell everyone that from off roading....But yes upgrade...seems like that's the time people up grade is after the dent it.....on or off road....glad you guys are ok and the stop sign stopped you before the pole did!!!!!!
