Suggestions on trimming fenders.

Well, the stop sign ripped off the front passenger flare and it looks stupid just having three. I wanted to take the flares off and trim last year but never got around to it. So now, after I get done taking all the flares off, what's the best way to trim the metal?

I used left (green) & right(red) hand tin snips to trim the frts. For the rears the cut and fold method works the best. I was able to use a hack saw to do the cuts but most use a penumatic cut off. Than flod the cut tabs back using a hammer. Their are many write ups on how to do this.
