Upgrading XJ Brakes.

Hey Tjhawk.  I was going to post this in the topic that you asking for help in, but decided to keep that one on topic by starting this topic.  Here are a couple writeups that I found on on other sites.  Hope that this is the info that you were wanting.

there's an old XJ with 10-10.5" finned drum brakes in the local junkyard...
wondering why the got rid of those and make us get by with the 9.5" nonfinned drums unless we swap in something else.

...and that was on a little four cylinder XJ!

...it also has surprisingly nice rubber interior mat in the back... odd for being a non-fleet 2door XJ.confuse
