It took me about 15-30 minutes... and I had a big ol sub box (which I don't use, it just sits there) to crawl over, as it's too big to come out of the side doors. Removing the butt part of the back seat (I just stashed it on the roof of the XJ) and folding down the rear seatback is highly recommended since shoes are dirtier than they look.
/\ some of that is super obvious, but I'm not sure of your mechanical experience with Jeeps, cars, etc....
