I am selling a highly customized,2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (Freedom Edition) that I had shipped from California to Wisconsin in late 2008. This Jeep was professionally built by American Expedition Vehicles in Missoula, Montana. This is a bittersweet sale for me. This Jeep has been a large and tremendously enjoyable part of my life however my needs are changing with recent personal and career developments.
I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle. It was purchased new at a Jeep Dealer in Missoula, Montana in 2000 and shipped directly to American Expedition Vehicles. The Jeep was then brought by the same owner to Southern California where it has spent most of its life. When I purchased the Jeep last year it had 55,147 miles. The Jeep currently has 65,869 miles. The Jeep has virtually no rust. It has seen one Wisconsin winter. This Jeep is my daily driver therefore mileage is subject to change.

Current Issues:
A/C has leak, will hold a refrigerant charge for about 1.5 years. A/C lost charge in October and I have not re-charged yet because we are heading into Winter.
Rear Bumper on driver's side bent in 2" from last off road weekend. Plastic Trim currently removed. I have the new plastic pieces but have not installed yet, nor attempted to straighten out the bumper.
Passenger side window switch goes in and out. All windows are operational from driver's side door.
Small fabric tear in side of driver's seat.
Steering wheel adjustment lever is not working. Steering wheel is in fixed position.
No emergency brake. I had made preparations to install the Atlas emergency brake which mounts behind the transfer case but have not yet started that project.
Rear Passenger Taillight Housing is cracked. The light still works and is unnoticeable from the exterior. The housing is loose upon contact and is not solidly attached in place.
Small dents on vehicle - most noticeably in the rear doors and on the top of the rear tailgate hatch.
Gear Shift Levers for the Atlas T-Case rattle at about 3,000 RPM because the proper spacer was not used for the linkage assembly at time of installation. This could be fixed with some imagination but I have not addressed the issue yet - this is only an annoyance.
Driver side speaker goes in and out due to a loose connection at the terminal.
The Jeep has a rear drivetrain vibration w/ a speed related click. This issue will be resolved by the time of sale. In the event a quick sale is made, price can be negotiated to allow buyer to make repair.
There is currently a leak in the air system for the ARB Lockers. I am fairly certain I know where the leak is and is related to the k) issue above. This will be fixed by time of sale or price will be negotiated to allow for Buyer repair.
Asking Price is $11,500. Willing to negotiate on price based on current issues mentioned above. Offers will be considered at sole discretion of Seller. Please email Matt (Seller and current Owner) at burzonm@msoe.edu with all inquiries or offers.
