I am getting a Set of Marty's Windshield mount light tabs. I want to get a nice set of light to put on them. I think I want to tie these into my brights. So I am looking for a good light to be awesome on the trail and help with the brights
I know that IPF is good I have there H4 conversion
Anything better than them for under 150 a Set?

I think the light output is a way better than the Hella so the x2 price might be worth it
But if a tree decides to say hello I think I like the Hella's better LOL

Not sure of the laws in WI but in Indiana it is Illegal to run any light on the street that is mounted higher then your headlights. Might want to check on that before you wire them into your headlights

aaaa good call I did not think if that. When I was a firefighter I had a whole ton of them but then I could :)
I think the IPF will be just fine.

that's why you get covers to put over them on the street....then it's perfectly legal
They will be more useful if you can turn them on and off whenever you want. I would just wire them onto their own switch. That's just me though...
Also, if you wire them into your brights that means they will be on when your brights are. It seems like the heat from the lights wouldn't be to good on plastic covers. I could be wrong though.

For out this way....never got the oversized light thing up front....unless or even if your the lead man........I/many of us use LED lights in our bumpers or standard lighting in our undercarriage to light the trail for those behind us caught off guard by being stuck on the trail at night or even repairs, its alot easier on the eyes........
Yes, Intrepid is correct......brand matters as well, the cheap import stuff may require some research before installing. My wife worked at Whalen Engineering for the OEM sales division, so I was able to get my hands on all kinds of LED lighting , their LEDs are totally intigrated (plug & play) and made here in the USA, they retail for big bucks but the quality is some of the best on the market.
