so it's happened before, but it went away for a while (dont know what caused it) but anyhow...
when i take a left turn and it does it with left turns only, i put it into 2nd (ax5 5 speed) and turn the corner, then while i have the gas down to accelerate during/after the turn, while the wheels still turned my engine (2.5l) will cut out like there's no gas being applied at all, for 1-2 seconds, then it'll kick back in, and go ususally with a small backfire... when i'm going straight it drives/accelerates just fine, when i turn right it works just fine, but when i turn left it cuts out.. it runs great, idles smooth, and everything, i just replaced the main computer, idk what could be causing this problem... any ideas would be awesome

it seems to run a little better now that i have a little more gas in it.. i'm not 100% sure tho, so yeah... any ideas why it's cut when it gets that low?

yeah, i've checked it twice now, and it doesnt do it with a full tank of gas, but when it gets down to around 5ish gallons left, it'll start cutting out on left turns...

Are you sure you have 5-ish gallons left? Maybe the sending unit is wrong and you have much less than you think. You turn left and whats left your gas goes to the right side of your tank and you suck air.
Pay no attention to the newb behind the curtian! He is speculating and knows nothing!
it's around the point at which if i'd fill up, i know it'd take 15 gallons to fill (i fill at the same spot every time) and it only starts doing it when it gets that low, it hasnt even thought about doing it with it full or anywhere over 1/4 of a tank.. also, from what i can tell it isnt getting worse, (it's not doing it any other time, and when it does do it, it's pretty predictablehow it'll act)...

sorry to post the very most obvious and painful one , but!!!! you might also look into your tank to see if you have any corrosion, or "stuff" clogging the pickup screen, I did hear one person found the connections were "loose" on top of the tank? may look into that too! good luck, and btw i really dont have anything constructive or productive to say!
