Only covers selected 1996 XJ's with the 4.0. They reprogram the emissions something or other with the computer. Then once they determine that the catylitic converter is bad (because all 96 XJs are over ten years old -ya think- and the catylitic converter is probably bad just due to age), but due to the computer programing that's what made the catylitic converter go bad...so they replace the catylitic converter...and have your Jeep for three days....and use clamps on the exhaust...
