So bump to the top. Would like to get a day set up to start putting some of this stuff on, and cutting some stuff off.
Also would like to purchase some more stuff. I don't think that RE is going to help us out, they just keep avoiding me. So need more funds, thanks to those that have already helped. Those that haven't I ask that you go to the first page and read the initial post. Lets help a fellow soldier out.

I miss the days that they made toys that could kill a kid.
Will be picking the XJ up from Ann tomorrow to start the build up. Getting excited. It is not to late if you would still like to donate to this build. It would be greatly appreciated. I will be updating as the build continues. If anyone would like to help just let me know.

I have a 700 sq foot garage that has plenty of room here in fort wayne, Tools and such are here if you need a place lights radio, etc. Its not much but it is secure, any parts I can go and get I found some xj/mj parts in edgerton, The guy might donate them I will call and ask, just let me know what you need and would he want some sound upgrades, IPOD , shade vents, things that would make long road trips better? all weather floor mats? cold air intake?

Are these things that you are willing to donate? I don't know where we are going to do the work on this. If people would like to get a build day set up that a couple of people would like to get together and tear into this your garage might be a good option. Otherwise I think that I will just work on it at home in Warsaw while I am not working.

yes i would help donate some of these items, the bigger items like the cold air kit would be like $80 towards it, the husky liner floor mats and the vent shades I WILL BUY , I have plenty of room and tools and we could tackle this on some weekends, I do not have an air compressor yet I am still looking for a 30 gal but other than that craftsman tools , drills, saw zalls , etc you can call me and we can cordinate all this I am retired from the army so I have tons of time !(260)494-9684 Matt

The XJ has none of these at the moment. I am not quite sure what shade vents are. If you would like to donate any of these items it would be greatly appreciated.

Ann has the XJ back for the weekend, they are going to Friendship IN for the NMLRA Fall Shoot and after driving my XJ for a few days at 13-18 mpg they are going to take nicks at 18-21mpg lol. So maybe starting into it bigtime after that.

Well I went to Motion Offroad the other day and picked up some of the parts that had been ordered.
I have in my hands:
Hood vents Motion Offroad Trac Bar Motion Offroad 4.5 Full leafs 4 ProComp Shocks New Turn Signal Components 1.5 Coil Spacers Adjustable Shackles Rough Country (Donated new, will not be using)
I have pics that I will be posting up of all of this. Also xjryder stated that he was going to donate some more things. Thanks for the support. The One Ton Steering and Headlight Upgrade are still at Motion, will be picking that up shortly.
Now that we have all of this stuff. Do the people that live close want to have a build day? I don't work any Sunday, so would be able to help any Sunday. Let me know if and when anyone else is free.
Once again thanks for all the support from the site. This is great what we have been able to do for Nick!!
