Painting Rims
(Preview)
I just have stock rims on my XJ. My question is not how to paint them, because there are tons of threads on this, my question is whether I have to take the tire off of the rim or can I just tape the tire and go from there? Thanks

Locker for my 99 XJ with a 8.25
(Preview)
I have been searching the net off and on for awhile trying to get an idea of the cost of a locker would be for my XJ. I find lots of choices, but every time that I go look for the price of the locker, my axle is not listed. It is either for the Dana 30, 35, or 44. I don't plan on doing a lot of hard core offroading with...

I've been having a slight vibration tinking it was nothing but a tire balance problem. I was wrong, it was the front driveshaft causing it. I was under the Jeep the other day greasing everything when I noticed the slip joint had some play in it. The splines were still tight if I tried...

Front Tow Hook to D-Ring Conversion
(Preview)
Does anyone know if somebody out thier makes a D-Ring conversion that hooks into the factory or C4x4 tow hooks?
I thought Kim had them, but I searched and couldn't find any info about it.
I just bought a new bumper, and would prefer to add the d-rings to the tow hook mounts than the bumper itself....
