Screw-Out Hood Vent

I was looking for some ideas on some XJ hood vent for my XJ , saw alot of louver and vent styles , they looked very nice but you had to deal with water and snow dripping on the eng.....Ran acrossed this "Screw-Out Hood Vent" style witch is,nt very fancy but it's cheap and will fit my needs....

My New Shoes

Front Tow Hook to D-Ring Conversion

Does anyone know if somebody out thier makes a D-Ring conversion that hooks into the factory or C4x4 tow hooks?
I thought Kim had them, but I searched and couldn't find any info about it.
I just bought a new bumper, and would prefer to add the d-rings to the tow hook mounts than the bumper itself....
